In the first year, you will immerse yourself in the techniques of the old masters and learn how to use oil paints correctly.

You will not only understand colors but also learn to mix them skillfully to achieve impressive effects.

A special focus is on depicting different materials—whether wood, stone, glass, or fabric.

You will learn how to bring their surfaces and textures to life on canvas.

- Fascinating still lifes
- Simple small animals

Year 2: Colors, Animals, and Landscapes

In the second year, you will expand your color spectrum and deepen your knowledge of color mixing. Additionally, you will discover exciting new techniques that will make your artwork even more vibrant.

Painting Animals:

How do you paint expressive animal eyes?
Whether long, short, soft, or shaggy fur – here, you will learn to depict it realistically.
The secret of shimmering feathers will also be revealed!
And of course: How to bring an animal portrait to life!

Landscape Painting:

Sky, grass, trees, and nature in all its facets.
Capture the moods of the seasons and create stunning landscapes.

Year 3: 
Humans in All Their Facets

In the third year, you will dive deep into the world of portrait and figure painting. You will learn how to depict eyes, noses, and mouths in detail – the key to a lifelike facial expression!

Colors of the Skin:

How do you mix skin tones perfectly?
Work with simple color palettes and gradually advance to more complex techniques.

Portrait Art:

Start with simple portraits and limited color ranges.

Then take on more challenging pieces: using underpaintings in Grisaille or Bruneille and mastering the Zorn palette technique.

Human Anatomy:

Studying the entire body will help you master proportions and movement.
Create expressive full-body portraits that capture emotion and personality.
